HOW TO ORDER
We offer four convenient ways of ordering:
 Online,
By Phone, By Fax or By
Mail.
Because we only roast to order we will typically ship your coffee order within
one - two weeks. We'll deliver to your home, office or any address you request, and we offer several payment options: check or money order by mail, and MasterCard,
Visa or American Express orders online, by phone, fax or mail.

TO ORDER ONLINE:
We make it easy to shop online by offering several different shopping methods. We follow standard Web protocols to ensure that any information you give us remains secure.

TO ORDER BY PHONE:
Call 1-888-257-(bean) 2326 from within the US and Canada, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST.
TO ORDER BY FAX:
Fax your order with your name (as it appears on your credit card), your credit card number and expiration date to 386-257-2322. Please be sure to include your phone or fax number in case we need to contact you.
TO ORDER BY MAIL:
Enclose a completed order form with a check, money order, or credit card number and expiration date. Please note: we do not accept cash. Be sure to include the appropriate delivery charges for each shipping address.

Delivery Time
Each variety of coffee is fresh roasted once or twice per week so
please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
All standard shipment orders placed online will be sent via UPS. Unfortunately, shipments to P.O. Box addresses,
AK, HI, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and International orders are restricted and
require that you call 1-888-295-2326 xt224 to order, or we will add the
required additional postage to your order total and charge your credit
card accordingly.
