Blues Roast

French Roast a.k.a. Blues Roast is a Vienna Dark Roast Coffee. Chase away the blues with this carefully selected blend of Central American and Indonesian coffees. The beans are roasted to a light, chestnut brown until small traces of oil appear on the bean surface, coating them with natural sweetness and smooth spicy flavors, without the bitter characteristics of darker roasts.
