Designed to be compatible with all Bag-in-Box (BIB) machines featuring a Scholle screw-on connector, Easy Clean is straightforward to use. Just follow these simple steps (see the video below):

1. Remove the current product and set it upright on the counter.
2. Unscrew the connector and set the box aside.
3. Place an unused cup on the drip tray beneath the hot water spout.
4. Dispense about 1/3 cup of hot water.
5. Insert the Scholle bib connector into the hot water to clear any residue.
6. Pull the Easy Clean spout through the perforation.
7. Attach it to the beverage supply line.
8. Place it upright on a shelf or atop the machine.
9. Enter cleaning mode and sanitize Pump 1.
10. Flush the system for 2 minutes or until the discharged solution runs clear. (Agitate the line to remove any remaining syrup.)
11. Allow a 2-minute rest cycle before reinstalling the line to the beverage Bag-in-Box product.
12. Reattach the product line and refill with the beverage.
13. Repeat the steps for Pump 2.
14. Open the dispensing valve until any remaining cleaner is expelled and the syrup reappears.
