Shipping & Returns

Due to our made to order roast process and the perishable nature of coffee we do not accept returns. However if you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason please email your order number and a brief description to customer service at support@christopherbean.com and we will gladly help you find something you love. Unfortunately we can not refund the cost of shipping.

We are happy to replace any defective or damaged items in transit. We typically ask for a photo of the damage to pass along to our shipping department in case there is a trend in breakage. Additionally, if the box was also damaged, a photo of that can help us get information to our shipping partners. Please let us know the original order number and the best address for the return shipment. Email us at support@christopherbean.com

Missing items. If your order is missing items, or you received the wrong item, please contact us with a brief message as to the missing or wrong item received. Additionally a photo of the shipping box showing the contents inside as they were received, this will help speed up the claim.

Please Allow up to 10 business days for refunds and credits.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
