Though located in Latin America, Brazil produces coffee that is unlike the rest of the region’s crop. While Latin American coffee is sweet, nutty, and occasionally fruity, Brazilian coffee is bittersweet, chocolatey, and has beautiful hint of spice. On the other hand, Indonesian coffee is earthy and dark, and considered to be an acquired taste. Each kind is wonderful on its own but together, their flavors jive to a different beat.
