Christopher Bean’s Breakfast Blend is mild, light-bodied, and highly aromatic - ideal for waking up your senses in the morning.This blend is created by combining our finest Central American and Southern American coffees, both known for their beautiful complexity and balance, and roasting them lightly to highlight their brisk flavors.
Central American coffees have a fruit-like acidity likened to apples or cherries. Underneath they have a rather distinct brand of sweetness that is buttery and pastry-like. It is this this saccharine character that makes it a nice canvas to show off its cocoa and spice flavors. Often described as well-balanced, the Central American coffees’ flavors never overpower each other. South American coffees on the other hand have an even lighter character but with a touch more of sweetness. They have a low acidity, an indulgent caramel flavor, and a delicious nutty undertone.
Christopher Bean’s Breakfast Blend has no artificial flavors or sweeteners. All of its flavors are derived from the careful preparation and roasting of the beans. It is fat-free and sugar-free, making it an absolutely healthy choice.
